Some of 2012's workshops are strictly limited in terms of number of places due to equipment availability, so for 2012, places will be strictly allocated on a first-come first-served basis.

Due to an ever-increasing demand for workshop places and hotel rooms, we shall not accept any bookings for workshops, hotel rooms, excursion or meals without a conference registration fee being paid.
